Yorkshire Based Call Handling Company Gains New Contract

Yorkshire based technology support company, Regenersis is to go in to business with logistics firm DHL

. The company will now operate a telephone answering service for mobile phones being returned using DHL facilities and will also repair them.

The four year deal which will is reported to be worth millions of pounds will see a centre of excellence created at the DHL premises located in Normanton.

At this centre customers and clients will be able to take advantage of a call answering service where support will be provided before and after the sale.

Chief executive of Regenersis, Gary Stokes now hopes that this improved service will help the companies offer more to their customers and clients.

He said: As we move forward together, we intend to offer this enhanced service to a broader customer base both in the UK and internationally.

According to sources from both companies, the importance of providing a superior telephone answering service after the sale is a determining factor in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Vice president and business director at DHL Supply Chain, Charles Stewardson said: By combining our proven reverse logistics solutions with the tried and tested technical capabilities of Regenersis in a single facility, we can deliver the best in class after-sales support to the mobile sector- improving customer satisfaction and retention for the mobile industry.

In recent weeks, DHL joined forces with department store group House of Fraser when they mentored finalists at the 2010 Fashion Fringe festival at Covent Garden.

The companies helped the finalists, who had been chosen by John Galiano, to realise how to grow their fashion ideas in terms of commercial success. This included subject areas such as exporting and importing materials. In addition, the session also covered areas such as choosing different modes of transport when sending out goods to retailers and other businesses.
