When you were much younger at school, you may have heard your teachers or instructors

tell you that you, the student, make your own grades and they are there to simple put in on record. The same drill works in the adult life. Your boss watches your performance. You are in for a promotion based on your performance. Life is indeed a learning experience. No matter how long you have been living with yourself, you can never fully understand. It takes time and effort to get to know you. Living a busy life of constant rush and buzz make things more hazy. You can easily get lost. You can lose focus, lose your dreams or lose your life, what you have been living for.

The adult life is not as simple as your childhood. Everything is about responsibilities, deadlines, dues, finances, etc. You and many other adults have probably complained about this more than enough. And indeed, life can become stressful and tiring. Instead of teaching, directing and instructing, they guide you in a self reflection process with the aim of enabling a better version of yourself.
