You know you need to exercise more and eat better. Too much excess fat weight, too little muscle tone, too much flab and too little energy and you know all of these things can be fixed with proper exercise and healthy eating.Just making that decision and deciding that you need to exercise more will make you feel good....almost like you have already got started. These things will drive you to keep going. Being healthy and strong and disease proofing your body has to be right at the top of your priority list of important things in your life. These things have a huge impact on the quality of your life - your zest and 'get-up-and-go' increases, you feel so much better than you would without proper exercise, and you will look so much better as well.Motivation is not something that just comes to you, it is something deep inside that propels you forward and it changes from day to day. What got you going yesterday may not do the job today. You will always be working at making it better and stronger and like anything in life with practice it gets better. No one else can do it for you and you would not want them too anyway. It is something very precious and no amount of money in the world can buy it. When you can draw on your own reservoir of motivation - that thought, goal, feeling, reward or incentive that gets you moving you will get to understand what really makes you tick. You will begin to realize that your actions are what generate that very thing you have been searching for - motivation.
