3) Your ideal office isn't out there. This is because commercial property needs special attention to bring a space up to your design needs and personal specifications. You may even be able to use this criterion as a way to get the owner to lower the leasing price of the office. Shockingly the owner will cover the cost of the design changes. 4) Take some time to decide whether you need a broker or not?
