. Among the issues being faced by the system is discrimination. It is not unknown to many Californians that discrimination happens in the states schools and educational institutions. There are many forms of discrimination in schools, and one of which is directed against students with special needs and learning disabilities. These special students are often subjected to undue teasing and bullying from their classmates and schoolmates. Because of this saddening situation, it is a must for school administrators, program specialists, and superintendents to ensure students with wholesome and diversity-friendly educational environment.
