While reports abound that the transaction elicited "billions of dollars of interest", the deal was only upsized to $322 million from the original $285 million at launch. Banc of America Securities was the placement agent for the transaction. The senior notes fell into a single 10.5-year bullet tranche that priced at 100 basis points over Treasurys - if paid annually. If semi-annual the spread tightened a bit to 93 basis points over Treasurys. No stranger to the private placement market, the ZENTAI has an NAIC-1 rating and carries an A' rating from Fitch Ratings.
