Shaving bumps which are medically known as Pseudofolliculitis barbae are the result

of inflammations in the hair pores that is caused by the way you shave. The way this acne-like breakout form is that after you shave, hair begins to grow back. These hairs get trapped inside the follicle and this causes swelling and irritation.
