Takes care of your feeding: if you compensate your dependency of tobacco with an intelligent and balanced nutrition you will diminish the dependency for the tobacco and will avoid the risk of gaining weight. 4. Sleep well: it will help you to relax and to recover from the tension produced by the desire to smoke.
