Eczema is an inflamed skin condition that can occur to anyone. Typically, it is more common in children. The downside to this is that it can take a while for results to show-you will just need to be consistent and keep taking it each day. You may also find that you experience greater results with an increased dosage, so it is definitely a cure which may require some experimentation to get the best from. You should be able to find flaxseed oil at your local drugstore or healthcare specialist.
