A mini electric cigarette offers quite a few conveniences. Some users prefer them because the weight is closer to that of a tobacco cigarette, and that makes them more comfortable to handle for some users. Others prefer them just for the small size. It makes the devices easy to stash in a pocket or a purse and they hold enough charge to last for many puffs. These smaller versions of e-cigarettes do have some differences with the larger models, however, that make the larger choices sometimes better options.

A mini electric cigarette will not last as long as a full-sized model, in most cases. The batteries still last for many puffs, but they're physically smaller, so there's not as much charge-storing material to work with as there is in a larger model. Some accessories make this a non-issue, however.

A mini electric cigarette, just like a full-sized model, will usually have a portable charger accessory of one sort of another available for it. Some companies have cases for their e-cigs that hold two or three battery's worth of charges, allowing the user to take the equivalent of a few packs of cigarettes with them in vaping time. Combined with the most common accessories, the size of the e-cigarette may dictate how often you'll have to charge it, but it won't really dictate how long you can be out and about and still have vaporizing power left.

The cartridges used on most of the regular and miniature electric cigarettes are the same among the products made by a single manufacturer. Some new e-cigarette users, in fact, buy one of each size to see which they prefer. The choice generally just comes down to the preferences of the user, given that they are largely the same and offer the same level of vaporizing experience.

You may want a mini electric cigarette if you want a convenient size to carry around. If you prefer something more substantial, you may want a standard-sized e-cigarette. Either way, you'll enjoy plenty of vaporizing time and will have no shortage of accessories that can extend the lengths of time between when you need to charge up at a USB port or an outlet. The fact that most e-cigarettes do charge off of USB ports also makes it very easy to power up any battery when you're on the go.
