Buying a whole new mattress can be quite an expensive business

Dust has probably been building up under the mattress and inside the bed, and it is best to avoid breathing that in as you sleep. Asthmatics and anyone who experiences dust allergies should take special care.

If you are still not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort and support provided by your mattress, consider a memory foam mattress topper. This will give you some of the benefits of memory foam without the need to buy a whole new mattress. They are particularly useful for those with neck and back problems, and make a wonderful gift for the elderly or anyone experiencing long term illness. Mattress toppers are relatively inexpensive and easy to install.
