Couple these factors with anger management problems and you may be turning into a walking time bomb not just because of your anger issues, but your angry heart may be just one more explosive waiting to go off in your body.

The bottom line is there are many reasons why you need to get your anger management issues under control, and the angry heart is just one more and a most important one.
