Anxiety panic attacks are a common issue these days
. Because of the fact that life becomes more and more stressful due to the economical and social problems the world faces, people start feeling tensed and stressed all the time. Some anxiety attacks last a few moments, some more than half an hour but the effects of these attacks last a lot longer. This type of attack is followed by an urge to run away, shout, escape to safety. To be mentioned that these panic attacks affect more women than men and a total of 3% of the world's population. If the symptoms of the anxiety panic attacks are diagnosed early, the attacks can be prevented and the disorder treated successfully. There are a lot of treatments these days who have a very high success rate.
So if you find yourself in these descriptions, make sure you go see a doctor as these anxiety attacks get worse over time. It can affect your individuality as it reaches you physically, psychologically and emotionally. But with a bit of support and guidance it can be fully cured. Note the fact that anxiety panic attacks never go away by themselves.
