Automated car alarms come in different types. Some alarm systems even notify the owner through the use of text messaging that there is somebody who is trying to get inside the car. There are also cars which blows fire in case of burglary.
Automated locks are also examples of things where automation has been implemented. One good example of automated locks is the child lock system wherein children will not be able to go outside if parental lock is on. The only way to open the car's doors is by opening it from the outside. This is best if you are leaving your child for a while inside the car and to keep him from getting outside the car itself.
As you can see, automation has played an important role in creating developments in car security systems. Automation provides us convenience and comfort in our daily lives and not just with car security systems. In fact, we can see automation in almost anywhere such is in industrial factories wherein they used automated machines to operate and to make products more efficiently.
But there are also disadvantages when it comes to using automation especially in car security systems. Since automated systems usually use computer chips so that they may be able to be controlled, they are still vulnerable to malfunctions. An example will be if you leave your child inside the car but the parental lock is not properly working, your child may be able to go out of the car and harm himself.
