Back pain relief and the remedy for back pain

About one and a half years ago, my mother was driving along the Central Expressway on the way to town. She was in the middle lane. All of a sudden, the car in front braked suddenly and my mother managed to brake in time to avoid collision with the car in front. However, the car behind did not stop in time and smashed into her car. Thank God for seatbelts and airbags. It was almost a miracle that she survived as the car was in absolute wrecks.

After the accident, she stayed in the hospital for five months for treatment. The car accident left her with chronic lower back pain and also severe upper back pain. It was painful to see her struggling everyday. We tried everything from massages, to painkillers, to physiotherapy in a bid to find back relief for her. But nothing seemed to work. In fact, her lower back pain got worse and she had to spend most of her days resting on the bed.
