Bajaj Auto Will Launch New Pulsar In India Next Year
Bajaj Auto is going to introduce its brand new face lifted variant of Pulsar in
India in the coming year.Pulsar 135cc Presently, Bajaj Auto is touching new heights of success in the domestic market because of its model Discover. According to Rajiv Bajaj, the launch of Discover 150cc bike in India will increase and strengthen the prosperity of the brand.Bajaj Auto had sold its Pulsar 135cc in the Indonesia market through KTM outlets. Early last year, Bajaj auto Indonesia had reported losses and it is probably to break even by the year 2012. Bajaj Auto is also planning to sell its Pulsar 135cc model in the European markets. The company is promising to market these models with the help and coordination of KTM dealerships all over Europe. Bajaj Auto has got substantial stake in the Austrian firm and has started the super luxury bikes from KTM in India.
For capturing the number one position in the Indian market Bajaj Auto hopes to exceed the sales of Hero Honda. Mr. S Sridhar, president (motorcycles), Bajaj Auto was quoted saying that from the ninth position in the first quarter of 2009-10, Discover has climbed to the third position in the first quarter of 2010-11. This is a huge boost for the company. Going ahead, the company"s focus will be on the two brands "" Pulsar and Discove, added the Sridhar.
