you can't get your needs met where you are, you will find another job that does meet your needs.

Look at other job as and alternatives that might meet your needs and offer more satisfaction.

Give Yourself permission to do what you want to do with your life.

Make the decision to take action towards her goal. No need to wait for someone else to give permission

to be with people, you aren't actually doing them a favour.

You will in some way demand that they give up the same thing.

When you support your own aliveness and growth,

you give yourself permission to doing what you love and wanted.
