OK so to give you an example of one of these home remedies for teeth whitening, you are going to need some Baking soda, a Toothbrush, Toothpaste and some Hydrogen Peroxide. OK now that you have everything that you need you are going to get a small empty clean cup, and throw in one heaped teaspoon of Baking soda and one teaspoon of Hydrogen Peroxide. Now using your teaspoon you are going to mix the Baking soda and the Hydrogen Peroxide together to form a thick type of paste. After you have formed your paste you are going to apply the paste on your toothbrush, and begin to brush your teeth you should brush all around your mouth evenly for at least 3 to 4 minutes. After brushing your teeth with the paste do not rinse your mouth out with water, you are going to then apply normal toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth as you normally would and then rinse. This method should be used at least once or twice a week, for the best results as this is known to be a good home remedy for teeth whitening. Remember you will need to repeat this process once or twice a week but not more that twice a week, as this will result in sensitivity. The down fall to using this method is that the results do not last as long, and you are going to need to use it often for your teeth to stay white, but using this method to often could result in sensitivity.
