At the beginning of March members enjoyed a bit of synchronized ice skating and a trip up the mountain at Ski Liberty for skiing, snowboarding and an unusual trip across the pond for those adventuress enough to attempt it. These snowbird events led to an evening at the opera viewing Madame Butterfly, and next, at mid month, the singles club members participated in a mud run obstacle course at Seneca Creek State Park in what was billed as a Wildfire Adventure Race.
