Bum Marketing Method - Keyword Density in Online Articles by:David Bocock

I've been taking a lot of time lately to answer questions I've received via e-mail

from people asking about the Bum Marketing Method, and some of the techniques used. I've had quite a few people asking about Keyword Density, with questions such as, "I had a question about Keyword Density, how many times can you stuff your articles with a keyword before Google penalizes you, or the online article directories turn down your article?" Good question!

First things first, it's never a good idea to "stuff" your article with any one thing especially keywords! Things change quickly on the internet, but as of the time of this writing Google is using LSI (Latent Symantec Indexes). This means that they are now taking into consideration keywords that searchers would also probably be interested in. They actually do a search for the keywords you are targeting.

If you have those keywords in your article as well, then you stand a good chance of ranking higher than someone who does not. Travis Sago, the original Bum Marketer, gives the example of the George Foreman Grill. If you used "George Foreman Grill" in the title, once in the opening paragraph, maybe once more in the article body, and once in the resource box you're setting up your article to have great content and in today's search engine methods you would probably outrank other articles.

It's also a good idea to use similar keywords (that make sense) such as: grilling, barbeque, BBQ, steaks, etc... keyword stuffed articles sound "spammy", and that's not going to do you any good!

I know how you might be feeling right now... no one goes online looking for ways to make money if they already have enough. I was exactly where you are right now, not so long ago. I know how confusing and frustrating finding someone you can trust to teach you how to make money online I'm that guy though, and it won't cost you a penny to check out my site... although it may likely be the most important thing you do all day. Please visit with me at http://www.4d-mmb.com to see what everyone is talking about!
