You can start the process by opening the Microsoft word on your computer. You can drag your cursor to the file menu and click the new option. After that, you can click the tools on the menu and select the envelopes and labels option.

You will find the options menu there and confirm the Avery standard which you can select in the menu for the product type. For the business card type, you should choose number 3162 then click ok. After that, you can click the new where the label template will appear with the right margins according to the card setting.

The next thing you do is choosing the picture which you can take from the insert menu. This option will allow you to browse the picture files which you want to use on your business card. You also need to adjust the graphic to the size you want and the font which you will use for your card text.

Ensure you write the important information like the name, business address, fax number, e-mail, and the phone number of your office. You should copy your design and paste it to the each space on the page. After finishing your design, you should preview it first. If you feel satisfied with your design, you can save it.

You can print the business card if you feel okay with the design. Prepare some blank card in the printer. Start printing the business card by pressing the printing option on the toolbars.
