Can you release yourself from your own prison! Part I

Prison is where you live, inside your body, inside your mind, inside your psyche. You are not free, for your body imprisons you. You, being mind or soul, or spirit or psyche. Your body is the space and time that permits you move in a particular way, submit you to its limits. Your body is but restriction to your relative liberty. It dictates its limits and its space and time upon your life. It gives you first of all a span of being, a lifetime for existing.

But once your body end comes your body decided for you when you exit. You are bound by its limitations, for you cannot fly, nor hop from one street to another. You need machines to help you travel and hop from one place to another. But it is not you. It is not your body that makes you hop or travel.

You are fixed by your own physical constitution. You are fixed to specific movements and specific conduct. You are fixed to the limits of your being inside your prison. What freedom do you have? In your fall, you have to keep company to your body. You cannot let your body fall and you stay behind watching its fall! You are imprisoned with its walls and whatever happens to it you sure are going to feel it.

When you get older then God has mercy on you. For your body does not respond to your wishes, already limited in reality. You become weak with all sorts of nagging illnesses and discomfort. But you must take all, buddy!
