If you plan to become an educator, you should collect both knowledge and experience of getting on with people. As there are different people, you should establish certain approaches regarding cultural differences, background, personal preferences and inclinations of people. Teachers can be considered representatives of a noble profession with long traditions and specific rules. If you want to be a good teacher, you should observe the following rules:

1.You should be persuasive. If you want your students to learn something from you, you should persuade them in the strength of your arguments. However, you should not dictate your will to your students. Simple facts with clear explanations would be enough.

2.You should develop your leadership competencies to be an authoritative thinker for your students. If you fail to provoke discussions in class, you can fail to teach students to defend their point of view.

3.You should think about the process of learning that should beneficial for students. If you start thinking about the difficulties encountered by students, you will not be able to evaluate their knowledge and skills properly.

Self-development is important in terms of personal characteristics and certain skills required for professional activity. You should think about appropriate methods to improve your approach towards students and some ways for self-development.
