Importance And Impact Of Nursery Education On Indian Educational Services

Education is very necessary part of everybodys life

. It made great impact on everyones life. The educational background of a person decides that in which direction the career of the person is going to turn. It is one of the most important things that one should possess in life, as whole career depends upon the education. The success of a person in his career is the real aim of a person for his life. If he attains success in his professional life, then he feels himself as the luckiest man on the earth. Just as education is one of the vital parts of life same as the schooling is the vital part of the education. Basically, schooling is divided into primary, middle and secondary education, by the Government of India. Primary means the education of the child up to class V whereas; middle means the VI-VIII class education and secondary education means classes IX-XII.

Earlier, the educational bodies followed the mentioned educational division pattern only. Once a child reaches an age of 6-7 years then, he is admitted to the class I and from there onwards his formal educational starts. But today, the concept of nursery schools is well flourished in the society. Before attending a primary school, a child had to clear the nursery and kindergarten level. The nursery level consists of three years of education and after that, primary, middle and secondary level. Now, a child starts his education at the tender age of 3-4 years only as compared to the 6-7 years in earlier time. This means that the present day child starts his formal education at age which is half of the child of few decades back. For getting admitted in the nursery schools, parents teach the basics to their child at home, as a part of preparation for the child admission in the best school in town.

Different people have different opinion about the nursery education. Some parents find it good for the future of their where as, various other parents feels that nursery education is snatching away the childhood of their child. The nursery education has its own impact and importance on the society. The nursery education provides a solid base to the child education as if a child all the basic education in the nursery education only, then he had not waste first few years of his primary education in learning the basics. He will continue the education from basics onwards; this makes the child education ahead of those starts to learn the basics in primary classes. The nursery education makes the students more responsible and serious for their studies. They learn the discipline and various other learning activities at a very small age, which are of great use for them in the future. Still there is section of the parents that do no favor the nursery education. Even, the public schools do not provide nursery education. The Government should understand the importance of nursery education and should include the same in their schools curriculum.
