The teaching-learning process sometimes may become so monotonous and tiresome that children are sick and tired of unvaried exercises. They look forward to the end of the lesson and the end of the school year. Graduation from school seems to be deliverance from captivity. Still, most learners continue their education at colleges or universities. Students dream of getting their diplomas and leaving their course books and examinations in the past as well. Still, receiving a degree and looking for the first job graduates are often disillusioned. It appears to be that they lack professional skills and need to continue their education. Notwithstanding the common prejudices, graduation from educational institution is not deliverance from captivity but the starting point of professional growth. Though at first it may seem to be an ending, it is rather a new beginning. A piece of advice for beginners Young specialists need to realize the importance of continuing their education. Enhancing the proficiency they increase their chances to make a successful career. In order to improve one's professional skills young specialists need to read the current periodicals and communicate with colleagues. The most effective ways for enhancing one's proficiency are reading current literature and latest researches reports; communicating with more experienced colleagues and adopting their experience; conducting researches in the sphere and analyzing the received results; implementing innovative technologies if it is possible. Some people may fail to realize the importance of life-long education at the beginning of their career but start improving their professional skills later. Others are not aimed at making a career and may remain mediocre specialists for years. It is doubtless that these are not colleges that educate good specialists; these are people who work hard to become good specialists.
