In order get paid members must have an Alertpay account funded with $10. Members will have access to very inexpensivebanner impressions which they can purchase within their pre-built site with their Paypal account. Other than that, Alertpay must be used.
In conducting this Cash-Twist Review I found this to be a legitimate program. We have seen similar business models like this in the past that people have hadgreatsuccess with. It looks like some will have the potential to make strong incomes with this opportunity as long as they are able to promote it online.
