The interested couples are required to convince the agency that they have at least spent two years free of any kind of medication. Handicap people i.e. people who are physically imperative are not so welcome for fostering. Since their lives are dependent on others, so in such cases it becomes almost impossible for them to foster an infant or a kid.

People who have decided to adopt from China should be financially stable enough to bear the expenses of their adopted children. The criterion holds that the interested applicants should have a minimum income of 80,000 dollars per annum and each partner should be capable of earning a minimum of 10,000 dollars per annum. Such kinds of rules are set up by the China adoptions in order to assure that the child is given in safe hands and his/her future is secured.
