What you see Corner House is synonymous to ice creams in Bangalore. We visited the one in Kasturi Nagar that is among its new centers. There is sufficient seating space with circular granite top tables and metallic chairs. There are sign boards for everything Drinking Water, Washroom, Self-service Counter, Cash Counter and so on.

What you get Corner House Ice Creams Pvt. Ltd. was established in the city in 1982. Since then, it has been dishing out delicious ice creams, shakes and chaat (at limited branches) in its informal yet hygienic setups. From its signature ice cream creations like DBC (Death By Chocolate), Trilogy and Cake Fudge to classic thick shakes, Corner House serves up indulgence.

All the ice creams offered at Corner House are purely vegetarian and freshly prepared on a daily basis. Sugarless ice cream and sugarless chocolate sauce are also available for diabetics and calorie-conscious customers.

Some of the flavors of ice creams offered at Corner House include Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Pistachio, Mango, Butterscotch, Rum N Raisin, Rocky Road, Vanilla Choco-Chips, Mint Choco-Chips, Fig-O-Honey, Tutti Fruity, Black Currant, Choco Walnut, Orange Tan and the like. From their Sundaes menu, Hot Chocolate Fudge is a must have. It's rich, chocolaty, comfortably hot and tastes delicious. Fruit sundaes like Lychee with Ice Cream and Cream is also a unique offering here.

Corner House also offers a wide range of milk shakes, fruit salads, chocolate mousse, desserts like apple pie and the like. Another of their signature offerings is scoops of vanilla ice cream served with a choice of chocolate, orange, lime, coffee, butter scotch and strawberry sauce.

Our verdict Corner House is undoubtedly a favorite place when it comes to ice creams. The menu is quite wide and so there is a lot to choose from. It's located right below Beijing Bites and so it would be a great stopover post some Chinese dinner. Ice creams are available at Rs. 35 onwards and shakes, sundaes and desserts for Rs. 60 and more. Some branches of Corner House also serve chaat though this one doesn't. There is no home delivery facility but if you are in a rush, you can call them ten minutes before reaching there and you will find your ice cream ready. Parking is typically done on the roadside here.
