It has been calculated that between 67 to 93 percent of human interaction (according

to university studies) is non-verbal, and your body language uncovers your deeper emotional feelings. Whether someone is thinking negatively, or if they are in a positive frame of mind... you can tell this by watching how they behave, without them even saying a thing.

So, as a guy who is trying to flirt with and impress women, you want to pay attention to how you're communicating non-verbally.

Body language involves various things, which are all an alpha> :

The way you move. They should be nonchalant, as if you are so on top of the world that there's rarely a need for you to hurry or attempt to impress anyone. Move through the world doing what you want and with the belief that other people will follow.

Positioning of your body. You should make yourself as big as possible. Take up as much space as possible, with your legs spread just over shoulder width apart.

Your voice. You want it to have a calm, peaceful, yet powerful effect. Don't speak too quickly or raise your voice.

Facial expressions. Keep your facial muscles relaxed. Don't tense your jaw, and only rarely should you frown or wrinkle your brow.

Shoulder position. You want them to appear relaxed like they'd be if you just had a massage. Don't hunch them up like you're nervous or unsure.

I'd go so far as to say that correct body language is more important than anything you say, because if your body language does not match what you say, then you will not get very far with women at all.

You see, if you tell a woman stories that portray your self assurance, yet at the same time you slump over with your arms crossed, then she will see right through you.

I've picked up women before simply with the use of body language. For instance, a couple of years ago I was at a coffee shop that I go to regularly, sitting comfortably on the sofa, arms spread wide, with my feet up on the table.

The thought process I had was that I felt so comfortable that it was like I was in my house sitting on my own couch. It was as if I owned the coffee shop.

The result and alpha> was that a lady sitting close to me stopped reading her magazine and began engaging me in random chit chat.

(If a hot girl you have not met before starts talking you, you should always believe that she is interested in you. This is due to the fact that women generally will not risk the whole male-female dynamic, even more so with someone she doesn't know, other than when they feel attraction to a man.)

The conversation went on for a few minutes, I took down her details, called her later that day and a few days later days we met. After a few hours we went back to hers, where I stayed the rest of the evening. (We even had sex in the morning.)

The point I'm trying to make though is that she was at first attracted to me and started talking to me as a result of my body language and this is one the the key points when with relation to flirting>.

Now, obviously body language is not enough. You also must have an internal alpha male mindset that shows through along with your body language.

However don't misunderstand me with my last point... if your body language shows confidence, then your mood will also shift to become more confident. For example, have you ever noticed that if you walk with a spring in your step, you feel more upbeat?

Conversely, when you you look down and drag your feet, you feel depressed. So the way you think also follows the body language that you adopt.

So, in conclusion, be an alpha male with your mindset and your body language. Get close and personal with women and be sexual and attracted to her, although at the same time don't be needy or crying out for her attention. Just be relaxed and in control and have fun with life.

And when your body language conveys that, it means you will later be relaxed and having fun... with a woman.
