4. Provide plenty of lean proteins to your body. Proteins like many other elements are important for functioning of your body. But if you do not eat enough of them your organism will use already available reserve - your muscles. That would mean your effort to have six pack will be ruined.


5. Drink a lot of water. Drinking at least 8 cups (2 L) of water have many benefits if you want to have ripped abs. Firstly water helps to eliminate body wastes and secondly it fills up your stomach reducing hunger.


6. Eat more fiber. Every one eats some fiber in their diet but you need to eat more to see any benefits. Fiber slows down digestion process and fills up your stomach quicker.
