Different Causes Of Tiredness That You Should Know

When you have a problem, what is the best way to solve it

? You will probably agree with the fact that problems should be resolved by first solving the roots. This is the same case with tiredness. You cannot beat it completely if you do not know what is causing it.

According to some studies, it was shown that almost one third of the people who are experiencing

fatigue do not have any idea what is causing their problem. They cannot figure out the reason behind their lack of energy therefore the condition stays persistent and prolonged. If you do not want your tiredness to last for a long time, you should learn about the different factors that can cause tiredness. Here are some of them.

Fatigue can simply caused by doing so many physical activities but it can also be as serious as incurring major health problems. There are two main categories of the causes - physical and mental. Both of them can extremely affect the general well-being of people therefore much care is necessary.

Let us first discuss the physical causes.

First in the list are the metabolic causes. These include conditions like the digestive dysfunctions loose bowel movement and constipation. Tiredness can also be caused by kidney and liver diseases, as well as diabetes. Even anemia and thyroid problems may contribute to the feeling of weakness a person feels.

Infections such as viruses and bacteria are also major causes of tiredness. When a person has a cold, weakness and tiredness are evident symptoms. This is because the body is using up all its energy in trying to fight the viruses. The result, however, is that the body uses up too much energy there is no energy left to support other physical activities. Other infections include malaria, hepatitis and HIV.

Even medications can lead to fatigue. We all know that medicines are created to help people be relived from diseases and pains. However, there are some which cause side-effects to people. It is important to study and understand what a medicine is all about before ingesting it to the body. Researching on the web or asking the experts will help in knowing whether or not a certain medication can cause you to feel weak and exhausted. Take note that antidepressants cause tiredness because they slow down the different processes inside the body. Sedative substances and medications also bring the same effect.

Now let us go to the mental or psychological causes. First in the list is depression. When a person feels extremely sad and down, this may lead to tiredness for several reasons. Primarily, depressed people have the feeling of wanting to be isolated so they usually lock themselves in the house or in their rooms. This encourages inactivity and lack of physical movements can make the muscles stiff and the body lethargic. Depression also brought about sleeping problems because sad people are usually those who keep on thinking negatively at night and deprive themselves of sleep.

These are some of the major causes that lead people to the world of fatigue.
