Spiritual Meditating- This Is like a form of prayer where one meditatesand can hear the voice of God rather than listening. Spiritual meditations bring one in touch with the word of God and purposely reflect upon the revelations of God. Christian meditation aims to enhance the personal relationship based on the love of God that symbolizes Christian unity.

Walking meditationsthis kind of meditation involvesmovement of some of the body part such as legs and the way you breathe as you walk. Walking meditation can have a lot of distraction as a result of this movement therefore when you opt for this type of meditation find a quite place with ground level.

Passive meditation- This is a type of meditation that uses little or no movement. In most cases this kind of meditation uses mental descriptions or guided feelings as most of meditation does. Most people use exceptional pictures or designs or consecrated statues as tools to help with the meditations.

Activity-oriented meditation-this simply means engaging in a repetitive activity such as walking that helps the mind to relax.
