Its smaller and more compact, more carriable which means that you can take it along with you wherever you go. On a journey, to the office, to the park, anywhere, you are guaranteed of superior service. With only a 7" screen, you'll really have no trouble taking it along with you.

1. It auto-tunes into all available channels but it has the function to manually tune if you are having trouble with auto tuning. You will be amazed at how many channels it will be able to get.

2. It has excellent picture - it receives over the air TV signals very clearly and resolution on the 7" widescreen is great. And the sound is great as well. You can plug in if you want to listen all by yourself, but it also has inbuilt twin speakers that give great sound for everyone in the room.

3. You can use all kinds of external files so long as they are in the correct format. You can use a USB stick to play music, watch a movie or insert a memory card to view photos.

4. You can plug it into your favourite video game console and use the screen to have all the fun you want - boy, I'm sure your kids would love one of these.

5. Have you got movies on your camcoder that you all want to watch, but not on that little camcoder screen? This beau comes with a cable that you can plug into your camcoder and play your home movies.

6. You can enjoy it in your car - listen to music, watch TV, photo slides - it's really up to you. And you can plug it into your car to charge as you are on the go.

I bought the envizen ED8858 as a replacement for a portable dvd player. It was more than I expected as it came with a Tv and built in digital tuner. Reception is very good and the color is fantastic. It also has a slot for sd card and USB. With the built in battery, you can take this anywhere. The only problem I have with it is that you cannot watch tv while driving as the digital channel keeps fading in and out. all in all, it's the best portable tv and dvd player I have ever seen and it's very portable. About the size of a 7" notebook and very light. battery power is very good and I use the car adaptor when watching tv in my car during lunch break at work. I wish it had a retractable antenna rather than the external antenna that came with the product. For the price, you cannot ask for more. People are amazed at the color and reception not to mention the electronic program guide.

I will highly recommend this product.

This little HD TV is great. The picture is great. The unit is very compact, well laid out and feels fairly solid. It scanned the local HD channels via the built in ATSC tuner faster than my $3K big screen. DVDs load quickly and play with no significant noise. It loaded high resolution pictures from a SD card quickly. The thing that surprised me the most was the sound. My wife had popped in a DVD to try it out and it was surprisingly loud without distortion, she had to turn it down so we could talk. Overall this is a heck of a mobile, mini HD TV/DVD/Card Reader/USB Reader and if you have kids you can bring it in the car utilizing the car power adapter and the back-of-the-seat mounting case.
