There are two types of teachers. One is academically qualified and the other is qualified and experienced too. Highly qualified is meaningless so for the teaching is concerned as all the persons that are engaged in mentoring are well qualified persons.

The experience of a teacher means learning while working of a person with students in training, educating, instructing, coaching, tutoring or teaching them with an utmost degree of their purpsoseful satisfaction.

The experience blends the bookish information of a teacher with refined methodology of contentment. It arranges the facts analytically so that the subject becomes easily logical. A master of ancient history may know his subject well. He may have gathered the scattered knowledge in the books fine. But if he has not been updating himself regularly, the facts may get dotted in his mind and the presentation may not be controlled.

Getting old is not being experienced. It is called rising aged. Experience is the attitude of being better than the past. The experience is the raising of the perfectness level every moment. It is the changing attitude of the persons meeting with him. If a man meets some one twice and cannot differentiate those two meetings, one must be assured: he is not experienced. Experience prepares you to use opportunity to show the difference. Difference means being refined. Scholarly coming out of the things every time is the impression of an experienced person.

The mind-sets of the students or learners are different. Their capacity of in-take differs. Their retention capacity also differs. The teacher that guesses the potential of his students at first look can enter into the core of their brain area of understanding and guess the nature of questions to come out.

A good teacher learns from his students too. He learns not the subject but the ways of answering questions and the grade of answers that satisfy them. He learns the potential of his students' ability. He learns what his student expects from him. He learns how much his students want to learn, at a time, from him.

The experience is gained through regular attentive approach towards his surroundings, the students, colleagues, asset of modern and ancient books, journals, and seminars etc. But the most important is the intuition to grasp, learn and be ready to clasp the new things. If one can present the ancient history in the modern concept comparing its merits and demerits, the students may absorb it easily and may not overlook for a long period. The orderly presentation becomes potential only if the presenter is an entrepreneur i.e. he is able in joining together his mature knowledge from the books with the new approach of scientific assessment.

Experience teaches not to be irritated at any cost whether it is the occasion of indiscipline or an awkward question from the students. It teaches to be ready to face any type of question. It teaches to be well in time at the occasion. It teaches to avoid bad mouthing. It teaches to learn the manners to keep the secrets buried to self. It teaches how to tackle the egoists. It teaches that leniency is not incompetency. Those who are not ruled by the age are the experienced one. It teaches politeness and keenness to learn. Learning is not done at the school only. It brings joy and confidence. It is gained not through success only but from the failure also.

An experienced person speaks a little and thinks a lot. Unnecessary talks or debate show immaturity and ultimately indulges in some conflictory comments resulting in tongue-tied position. An experienced person does not allow anyone to peep into himself. He maintains a distance not to allow some one to bark at and simultaneously not to keep too nearer to start licking.

Experience teaches to rejoice the things one has and not to grieve for that he lacks. One should not forget that the limit of his present understanding is not the limit of his possibilities. Experience teaches that one should take the life with two choices. Either he should accept the conditions as they exist or he should accept the responsibility for changing them. Life is a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. So if one praises and celebrates his life, the more there is in his life to celebrate.

The true test of acquire of experience is not where the person stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands in times of challenge and controversy. One becomes what he repeatedly does and thus excellence is not an act, but a habit. The world makes the room for the person whose words and actions confirm in advance where he is leaving for.

Experience brings beauty to the general activities. The eloquent ability enhances after every meeting with an experienced person due to his aura. Scholarly performance is the outcome of the experience.


Experience is a tool to grip all sorts of situation cautiously and moderately. People have nature to grumble but an experienced person's character is to satisfy them with his vigilant and judicious dealing.
