There are many kinds of exercises exercises for legs

, arms, butts, and abdomens. You name it. Sometimes, many people got hooked with doing this all sorts of exercises for achieving and maintaining a fit, toned, and healthy body that they forget to include one of the most important parts of the human anatomy the eyes. For more or less 12 hours a day, the eyes do its work for people. That alone is a great reason for the eyes to need exercises too. And for those individuals who have vision problems, there are eye exercises to improve visions too.

Before tackling about eye exercises, it is rather necessary to know how eye exercises work. The eyes are made up of and controlled by set of muscles that are responsible for the movements going up, down, and side by side. These muscles are called ciliary muscles. These muscles in the eyes are smooth fibers that are connected by tiny ligaments to the lens. It is also important to know that just like any muscle in the human body, the eye muscles could be flexible too. Eye exercises to improve visions would certainly require strengthening and flexing of the muscles. At the end, your eyesight will be brighter than never before.

1) Blinking Blinking is one of the most overlooked eye exercises there is. There is no wonder about that. People blink most of the time. It is natural as breathing. However, when blinking is done deliberately for vision improvement purposes, it could be very beneficial for the eyes health. Get your watch, time yourself for two minutes, and start doing one of the eye exercises to improve visions.

Blink your eyes every 2 to 3 seconds. If you feel tired doing this, you are probably a person who is focused on computers and televisions regularly. People who sit in front of televisions and computers for a long time tend to blink less frequently. Blinking relaxes and refreshes the eyes. Blink, blink, blink and feel the difference.


2) Palming Spending too much time in front of computers or even televisions is stressful to the eyes. As we know, stress is a factor of vision problems of the eye. Palming is one of the eye exercises to improve visions and to relieve the eyes from stress as well.

First, take a deep breath, make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Cup your eyes with your palms with your fingers on your forehead and the heel of your hands on your cheeks. Be sure that you could still blink though.

The two eye exercises above are indeed very easy to do. Have a treat for your eyes by doing these two easy exercises regularly.
