Getting ready- The interviewee must make sure that his/her interview attire is neat and tidy and is appropriate as per the work culture and ethos of the organization that he or she is going to get interviewed by. Bringing a nice portfolio with copies of resume including pen and paper for note taking is a necessary requisite of an interview process.

Staying Calm- When undergoing a job interview process, the job seeker must try to relax and stay as calm as possible. Taking a moment to regroup, maintaining eye contact with the interviewer, listening to the entire question before answering the question are few tips of a job interview process.

Follow Up The job seeker must remember to always follow up with a thank you note stressing his/her interest in the job position. If the candidate is interviewed by multiple people then sending each one a personal thank you note is essential. Sending thank you note through email is fine within twenty four hours of the interview process.
