Faridabad- A Fine Destination For Education

Faridabad is the largest city in the Haryana state of northern India

, coming under the Faridabad district. The city shares its boundaries with the national capital of India, Delhi to its north and Gurgaon to its west and Uttar Pradesh to its east and south. Faridabad is the largest city and the major industrial hub of the Haryana state. There are many industries that generate revenue for the state. Industries in Faridabad generate 60% of the total revenue of the state. 50% of the income tax collected from Haryana comes collectively from Faridabad and Gurgaon.

Faridabad is very famous for henna production from the agricultural sector while tractors, motorcycles, switch gears, refrigerators, shoes, tyres and some other are the famous industrial products of the city. Faridabad has many sports facilities. It has a cricket ground named, Nahar Singh Stadium. There is also a sports complex for sports like swimming, football clubs like Goal Busters F.C. etc. in the city. There is also a golf course in the city with 9 holes play.

Faridabad is a huge economic engine of Haryana. Badhkal Lake is tourist attraction in Faridabad. Along with it Baba Farids Tomb, Suraj Kund Mela are the major tourists attractions. There are many boarding and residential schools in Faridabad. The schools have a world class infrastructure and are updated with all the modern amenities.
