By asking how long the consultancy has worked with the school you can find out the strength of that relationship. There is an opportunity to find out how many staff they have placed therein the past and even ask to be put in contact with a fellow professional at the school for their viewpoint. Consultancies may have visited the school, be aware of staff turnover, quality of senior management and understanding of teacher profiles who are likely to work well based upon school culture as well as local and regional cultures of that country.
