In these fitness camps, there are about 50 to 60 individuals working out simultaneously in each session. Each individual is guided by a proper trainer and the session lasts about 1 hour to 2 hours maximum. The session involves cardio workouts and muscles training along with aerobics for flexibility and as per your body fitness condition schedules are drawn. Since you work out together in groups, an element of fun is added to the package. You can motivate each other and work in a stress free manner. They also have health spas to relax your mind and soul. This helps you to get refreshed and work out in an efficient manner.
When you start working towards this healthy routine, you'll never feel the same and get tired of stress filled mundane routines. The camps also conduct competitive games involving large groups. This is also a way of developing fitness in a fun filled competitive manner.
