The permanent anxiety can cause problems in many ways. It can stop you do the things you like. You can feel isolated from life as you continuously ask yourself-why life helps others, but not me? It can make you think that you treat incorrectly the world around you and that you are unable to maintain normal relations with the others.

One of the treatments appropriate to anxiety is to focus on the low self-esteem and correct the mistakes that create permanent anxiety and tension. This is a form of cognitive therapy, which creates skills that alter the formation of erroneous thoughts and ideas about yourself. Here the emphasis is on the changing of the behavior. Habits will become different; you will begin to feel that there is a way to make your dreams come true only if you change your behavior and attitude towards yourself and others.

Anxiety disorder can be modified and cured by using a program that will teach you how to modify the attitudes to your abilities and achievements. The program for enhancing the self-esteem is quite popular in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Many of the concerns come from non-existent problems, which are present only in the imagination and minds of the person who suffers. These problems are known with the name of "what will happen if"-these are your ideas about what will happen if you meet strangers, get married or start a new job. The program teaches you how to believe in your abilities, how to deal with any problems and reactions of other people. Thus, you will understand that the world is much peaceful place as you believe in your abilities to cope with any problem in different situations.

Here are some techniques that could reduce anxiety and increase your self-esteem:

-Learn the positive way of speaking about yourself;

-Learn to make decisions according to your capabilities;

-Learn that sometimes you should first please yourself and then the others;

-Learn that you are not always powerless and helpless;

-Learn to take correct decisions that will enhance your bank account;

-Learn that you have talent and opportunities.

In other words, you should learn to reduce all the unnecessary concerns. Thus you will have normal self-esteem.
