Special heating coils are used in this heating system. These coils are packed in with four different layers made from polyester. However, the complete product is quite thin and so it would not really take up much space under the floor. This thin construction would result in the flexibility of the heating system so that it can be installed under all types of floors, between carpet and carpet pad without affecting the height of the floor.
The installers would only use the easy directions that are provided for installation. Once it has been installed, the mats can be connected to electricity or can even be hard wired. For hard wiring, an electrician must be called for the final connection.

One of the best things about floor radiant heating is that it does not require any type of maintenance once the installation is complete. This is a very economical system for operation and there are no moving parts at all that would wear out with time and there are no types of filters used which would have to be changed with time. The system would just run on its own once it has been installed. You would be able to use a thermostat with the system which would give you full control of the temperature inside the room. The heat would warm up the entire room evenly, starting with the floor which would eliminate any cold pockets in the room which is normally a problem with the older heating systems.
