Free Employee Evaluation Forms Subjective and Objective
Evaluating your employees is very significant and helpful. Not only do they learn about their strengths and weaknesses and not only do they work harder to improve their performance but at the same time, they are able to even benefit the company with their improved skills. Therefore, evaluating the employees is a process that should be carried out by all the employers. It should start right from the first day of the employee's recruitment in the company and should continue until the job ends or he leaves. This can take place on yearly basis, biyearly basis or even after every three months or so, depending on what suits you and your company the best.
The evaluation of the employees can be done in many different manners, depending on the kind of form you are using. You do not need to make up special teams for the cause of preparing these forms for you. Free employee evaluation forms are available all over the internet. These are available in two different styles:
Objective Evaluation
In objective evaluation, the employer suggests the ways of improvement, mentions the weaknesses and strengths shortly through brief objective questions that have several choices where the employer has to check the one he feels appropriate for the employee. This saves the time of employer and may be suitable to give out to employees who are not very well educated. These may not always be a very true reflection of what the employer wants to state specifically for each employee so this is one of its dysfunctions.
Subjective Evaluation
Contrary to objective evaluation is subjective evaluation, in which the employers evaluate the performance of each employee in a detailed manner through writing subjective answers to open-end questions. This helps them understand it properly because they are exactly for them. This personal touch of every answer adds a determination to do better next time.
