Further IPM Diplomas in Motivation strengthens Edenred expertise

The success of four more Edenred motivation consultants in gaining the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM) Diploma in Motivation has further strengthened the company's qualified expertise.

Following the successes of Donna Jones, Steve Evens, Pete Holland and Paul Burgess, nine members of staff have IPM Diplomas. As a result, more than half the 16 strong team now have IPM qualifications.

A prestigious and industry-respected qualification, the IPM Diploma in Motivation is specifically designed for those working in the reward and recognition industry and helps develop the professional skills required to plan, instigate and manage effective motivation campaigns.

The IPM Diploma in Motivation

The IPM Diploma in Motivation is a qualification specifically designed for the reward and recognition industry. It takes the form of a distance-learning programme with 14 questions and a set brief being completed over a five-month period. The course is designed to provide a good overall introduction to Motivation and to deliver a qualification that is recognised by the industry at large as demonstrating a basic understanding and proficiency. It is also the aim of the course to increase standards of professionalism in the industry and provide a benchmark for employers.
