The easiest way to give your customers something of value in terms of auto repair marketing is to give them recognition. Get photos of your clients with the vehicles you have repaired for them along with a written testimonial about how much they liked your work and the benefits they received by doing business with you. Put these on your reception or office walls. They will be flattered and they will talk to their friends about it.
How do you get them to agree? Say:

Share: 99% of those you ask will be happy to oblige... especially because you have treated them like kings/queens.
This is powerful auto repair marketing, plus it gives you the opportunity to confront and correct any problems. If a person can not give you an excellent testimonial for your auto repair marketing efforts then this is the time to find out and correct the problem.
