Since most of us will probably only do this sort of thing once, because they really last a long time, it may be wise to bite the bullet and just get what is needed now instead of finding that the family outgrows it some couple of years down the line.Indeed, so solid are these places now that even the banks are willing to extend loans to those who want to build one or two. In fact, if the bank is willing to lend then this should say something about their safety and longevity because banks do not lend on anything which is not rock solid for sure. Try getting a loan on a run down and condemned place and see what the answer will be!
