A lot of people researching hypnosis and mind control in sales want to know if it

really is possible to controls someone's mind to handle objections and close, without them knowing. The answer depends on what you define as control.

If you mean being able to control them simply by using basic commands, then no. If by control you mean getting a person to willingly do what you want, then yes it is possible to close every sale and handle objections successfully.

In fact, it happens close to every day. You yourself have probably even been targeted by mind control techniques more than once in your life without your knowledge.

One big source of subliminal mind control is called advertising, and our society is immersed in it. Corporations are constantly researching better ways to market goods to you.


This is a nice way of saying they are researching better ways of getting in your head and manipulating your thought process. Similarly top sales people know these strategies help to handle objections and close each sales attempt they make.

Much advertising is subliminal in nature. You aren't supposed to think about it, merely have it absorbed into your unconscious. Billboards are a classic example of this. While many billboards are simply informative, others often only contain the logo for a brand or product.

While driving many people often 'zone out', or enter a state similar to a hypnotic trance and are more open to suggestion. You may stop at the next exit to buy a drink without ever realizing you earlier saw two or three billboards promoting the drink.

So what does all this have to do with how I handle objections and close deals?

The methods described in the previous paragraph are for mass mind control. If you are simply attempting to handle objections and close your means can be much simpler.

To influence a person to close you simply need to create situations which will temporarily make them susceptible to subliminal suggestion.

To better handle objections this can be done by creating a minor distraction or diversion while you're speaking to them. When a person becomes confused their conscious mind will momentarily be occupied and their unconscious mind will receive all further input.

This provides you with a window into their unconscious mind, and if you take advantage of these scenarios to plant your suggestions you can handle objections by persuading this person to do what you want and close the deal.

They will think it was their idea, which is what mind control is truly all about. See the effect on your next close!
