Signs and symptoms for herpes can recur for years. Some may experience episodes more frequently than others. There are several factors to consider when determining what may trigger your outbreaks.

Stress, menstrual cycle, infections, HIV/AIDS, fatigue, friction, or surgery are 7 triggers that can start an outbreak and if you can control the controllable ones, it will make your life much easier.
