Housecleaning Timetable: How Often Should Your Tackle Various Chores? by:Tara Aronson

Is there a steadfast housecleaning timetable? It's a common question

, but (this is good news) there is no hard and fast `right' answer. Yet there are some general guidelines on which room and items to tackle daily, weekly or even monthly.

The right answer is your call, and even that depends more on how fastidious you are, how much time you have to clean, and how active your family is at home.

Here's a general plan that can help you put your cleaning on a rotational schedule you - and your family - can live with.
