Annihilating bad stress in your life is really essential particularly in terms of healing the body. When we break stress down there is actually 3 types of stress. Structural stress - is physical pressure. Distress - emotional stress. And eustress - positive stress. Now I am going to share with you how you can reduce stress.

When we are "stressed" we clutch our muscles unconsciously. We should become aware of this then consciously release it. most of the time, we are not really in control of our mind and then when we are stressed it doesn't allow us to move to our entire capacity. Not only our physical movement but also to act upon or think properly.

Physical stress also happens when your body doesn't get what it requires. This is when weight gain occurs, relationship troubles, and other general troubles within people's lives. In fact, a good way to look at stress is that it is weight. I have more often than not found out that somebody who is overweight commonly has lots of stress in their life.

Stress can thwart and interrupt a lot of things in your life which is why it is hugely essential to get it under control. You may require to make some painful choices such as eliminating negative relationships, a job you despise, or whatever you can think of that is stimulating the stress. Remember, it may be painful right now but concentrate on the long term and the positive results it will give you in your life. Long term wins over short term, each time. It is very powerful to get rid of all the negative influences that arrive in to your brain as it badly affects the programming. In fact, everything that gets into your head gets recorded on an unconscious level. The influences around you go into your head whether you like it or not frightening huh!?

I wrote about a couple of tips to reduce stress in my last post, check them out. But here's a few more for you consider giving up watching TV. I rarely watch TV now myself. The only thing I watch now are movies to relax, documentaries to benefit from and the odd football (soccer) match as that is the sport I do. I mentioned in my last post to restrict the consumption of news. I believe the sole time we should check the news is if there is something we feel we should know about. I.e. associated to your line of work, or something to do immediately with your life. I also don't listen to the radio as that can shape my mood. I have songs I like that put me in a certain mood, therefore I would very much favor listen to them when I prefer to desire to feel a particular way myself.

Another aspect linked with stress is worry. Worry is a big problem, it is essential that you tackle worry ruthlessly and directly. Just perform whatever it needs to fix the problem you are worrying about. A starting point to tackling worry is to ask yourself whether it's possible to influence the worry or not? If you are able to, then take action. If you can't take action then simply don't let it into your life
