You do not necessarily need to be articulate with a massive vocabulary, but you must consciously try to improve on your conversations. Always try to concentrate on delivering your message with the right words and gestures. Since all skills are learnable, if you do not have good speaking skills you can improve them by joining a supportive organization, such as Toastmasters.

2. Believe in your stuff

All charismatic people know what they are talking about. They have spent a significant amount of time on learning and practicing knowledge in their fields. As a result when they are conversing they project that strong sense of belief in their voice. Exercises such as reading publications in your field everyday will give you the assurance to develop your confidence. It will help you to transfer your knowledge with authority.

Being charismatic is no way related to being selfish or arrogant. You must care about others. Always smile and be supportive to people around you. Focus on what is right rather than who is right.
